Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the private business applications operated by IntelleQ Automation ("IntelleQ," "we," "us") on behalf of its consulting clients, including client portals and dashboards reached through a Google or email sign-in.
1. Access
IntelleQ applications are private systems made available to specific, authorized users — typically the employees and principals of the client business each application serves. Access is granted and revoked at the direction of that client. You may sign in only with an account you are authorized to use.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access data or features you have not been granted.
- Do not share your sign-in credentials or session with others.
- Do not interfere with, probe, or disrupt the operation of the applications.
3. Client data
Business data inside each application belongs to the client on whose behalf the application is operated. Your use of that data is governed by your relationship with that client. Actions taken inside an application may be logged and attributed to your account for auditing.
4. Availability and changes
Applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep them reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as engagements require.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelleQ disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the applications. Nothing in these terms limits any separate written agreement between IntelleQ and its clients, which governs in the event of a conflict.
6. Termination
We may suspend or end access at any time at the direction of the client that owns the application, or where these terms are violated.
7. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
