Privacy Policy
IntelleQ Automation ("IntelleQ," "we," "us") builds and operates private business software for its consulting clients, including secure client portals and dashboards. This policy describes how we handle personal information in connection with those services, including sign-in with Google.
Information we collect
When you sign in to an IntelleQ-operated application using your Google account, we receive basic profile information from Google: your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not request access to any other Google account data — no email content, files, contacts, or calendars.
Our applications also record standard operational logs (such as sign-in events and actions taken inside an application) for security and auditing.
How we use it
- Authentication and access control. Your email address identifies you and determines which application, and which features within it, you may access.
- Security and auditing. Sign-in events and in-app actions are logged so that account activity can be reviewed by the business that owns the application.
We use Google sign-in solely to verify who you are. We do not use this information for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that host our infrastructure (for example, cloud hosting and access-management providers acting on our instructions).
Data retention
Account and audit records are retained for as long as the client engagement that the application serves remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for business records. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time using the contact below, subject to our clients' legal record-keeping obligations.
Data security
Applications are protected by authenticated access controls; data is encrypted in transit using TLS; and access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel.
Your choices
You can revoke our applications' access to your Google account at any time from your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above.
